"To our children we give two things - one is roots, the other wings." - Hodding Carter... Each spiritile is handmade to the same dimensions, 5.25" x 8.25" x 1.75", and weigh about 3 pounds. The artwork on the front is created using enamel and stencil techniques. The glass is applied to one side of the metal, and fired once. A pin is rolled over the enameled metal to form the crazing marks on the glass.
