Artists represented by Valerie’s Gallery make each item by hand; therefore each piece is unique and may vary in shape, size or color. We generally have a selection of each artist’s work in stock. Delivery time for out of stock items will vary. We will notify you if an item is out of stock and when we expect delivery.

Payment options: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards accepted. Web purchasers: If you prefer not to use a credit card online, let us know and we will call you for the information over the phone or suggest alternate payment options.

Custom orders: Many artists will do custom work – please inquire.

Shipping: All items are shipped UPS Ground unless expedited service is required.

Return policy: Items may be returned for refund within 7 days (shipping charge is not refunded). Items may be returned for exchange or store credit within 30 days. All items must be received in original condition and include all original packaging
