Welcome! Valerie's Gallery is a small gallery and fine craft gift shop located in Newburyport, a beautiful coastal community on Massachusetts's north shore. Here, you will find unique, functional and decorative hand-crafted artful objects for yourself, your home, and gift giving -- all by American artists.

We have artisan-made jewelry, blown glass, functional pottery and tiles, cool clocks, and distinctive gifts, many from New England artists. We also love fine art and photography, so we have original paintings, monotype prints, local photography, and limited edition copper block etchings by Matthew Smith.

Like many of you, I regularly attended local craft fairs and shops when I was younger and the world of handmade crafts attracted me from the start. Although an amateur artist myself, my appreciation for the world of art and craft continues to grow every year. Artists have many resources from which to show and sell their work, and I'm pleased that today I'm able to be a part of this world and bring more artists' work to the public through our shop.
